Southern Specialty installed my new roof, and the job was very well done. They even did a nice job cleaning up. There were two small areas that I was concerned with, but they came right back out and took care of it. I would certainly use this company again.

Rod was on time for our appointment, explained very well what was needed and the costs. The guys came on time, did a good job and they were professional. We will work with you again for some other projects for our house.

the Southern Speciality crew came out the same day I called them and repaired about a dozen woodpecker holes in my stucco house. Of course all the holes were high up with some 40 feet up on the chimney. I supplied the stucco patch which cost about $10. I was very appreciative they took to time to look for and repair holes that I could not see from the ground level.

They were honest and did everything they said they would do. The sales person was totally transparent. The crew did a good job, and the supervisor onsite was very helpful and answered all of my questions. This company sticks to their word. We are satisfied with our new roof.

Southern Specialty did a great job with the repairs. When I inspected the repairs I noticed that everything was left clean, as though nothing had happened. They showed up on time the day the job was scheduled to begin and were professional and courteous. The job was completed to my satisfaction.

It went very well. I interviewed 3 other roofing companies before choosing Southern Specialty. The other companies were not as knowledgeable as Southern Specialty and was not going to do the amount of work for the cost as Southern Specialty. The day of the install they were on time and worked very hard at completing the job. They also had supervisors on the job to over see all the work and took many pictures (175) so that I could see all the work being done up on top of the roof. Mr. Ron the owner also came by to inspect all work being done which also was a plus that the other companies did not do. The cleaned all debris around my property including nails. My experience with this company was the best you will not be disappointed in choosing them to do any work.

Fine, good quality, no leaks. Slight damage to deck but fixed promptly.

I don't think they did a bad job. I just think they didn't impress me. They did the job they were supposed. They put the siding up. I thought the siding looked okay and all that. I just wasn't wowed by the overall experience.
