Description of Work: I needed to have the front steps to my house re-built. I contacted Southern Specialty, but heard nothing for 2 weeks. Once they contacted me, things went exceptionally well. I got an estimate, and less than a week later had my new steps built. |I'm very happy with the quality of the work, the price was reasonable, and they took pains to make sure they cleaned up after themselves. When the job was done all I had to do was write a check. |When I need more carpentry work I'll contact Southern Specialty first.

Description of Work: Rod Holbrook, owner of Southern Specialty, recently completed a large construction project on my home. He added a bathroom with Jacuzzi, shower, vanity, and walk-in-closet. on the second floor of my classic Georgian. Because of the architechure of my home, I had to be very selective of the company I chose to do the job. After interviewing several companies, Rod was the only one who met my stringent requirements. Later, Rod's company also completed a kitchen remodeling job, complete with ceramic and granite. They also installed an attic ventilation system. Rod and his workers did an excellent job and were very conscientuous regarding the needs of the family. Every precaution was taken not to disrupt our daily life. They did not damage or soil walls, carpeting, tile, or hardwood floors. I would highly recommend Rod's company to anyone considering home improvement, from a minor job to major construction.He has my permission for you to contact me directly.
