They were prompt, courteous I was pleased with them and they sent their estimates promptly. I was told that the estimate was free but it was not and that could have been made clearer.

I moved into a new apt and it smelled funny. My grandma’s best friend advice to test it for mold, she gave me the contact info and that same day Luis was at my house running a thorough “air particle test”. He determine it was under the humidity level for mold to grow. Therefore he gave me the inspection for FREE and left me his business card in case I needed any other service. I love his humbleness and his detail oriented work, he explained the process every step of the way. thumbs up to Shining Corners.

I host a nonsmoking airbnb. Last weekend my guest smoke inside of the property leaving a terrible smell and a dirty space. I contacted the Shining Cornes team to do a detail clean and to get the nasty smoke smell of the property. Not only they left the place SHINIG it also was clean, odor free and felt super fresh! Just like a bran new house.
