Excellent job done!

Very good job. Removed several trees in back yard and one tree in front. Had the stump grinded down for the front tree. Has some trimming on limbs done on a couple of trees that are near the house to get them back from over the roof. They also removed yard trash - limbs, vines, shrubs that had accumulated over the past year of yard work. They missed a marked tree on first visit but came back the next week to finish it so no problems. The crew was prompt and professional. Very impressed with the clean up job. Took time to leave the yard very clean. Would recommend them for any tree service

I received a quote for $980.00 dollars. I elected to get another quote from a reasonable business of $125.00.

I called on Monday for an appointment for an estimate for a fallen tree. I explained that I part of the tree was down and it needed to be removed as soon as possible. The person that called me back said that she would pass the message along and I would receive a call back. It is now Wednesday evening and I still have not heard back. They have good reviews from those that were able to get in touch with them, but the level of responsiveness is terrible. I guess they must not need the work very bad, that is the business to be in. Steer clear if you are in a hurry for a response.

The estimate was performed the day we called; I had to call and ask for the written estimate. Scheduling the service was a challenge, working around my unusual schedule and the need for very dry days. I ended up calling every Mon AM to see if we might get the work completed that week. The 2nd (3rd?) Monday I called, Mike re-scheduled another client in order to avoid the coming rain. Tuesday they were prompt, the crew was professional and competent and the total job was completely reviewed. I was very impressed with the attention they paid to safety. Care was taken to avoid all unintentional damage and details were discussed with me to be sure we understood each other about what was to be done. I was very impressed when a minor (?) misunderstanding came up and Mike was concerned to be sure he and I were clear and understood what was to be done- and not done. I plan to call Rowe's tree service when next I need any tree cutting.

Competitive pricing, Professional service and equipment, left yard very clean. A refreshingly pleasant experience.

Mr.Rowe’s crew arrived on time and completed the work in about five hours. They were very professional, rounded all wood and limbs and protected my lawn, house and shrubbery.

They were very friendly and polite. The only thing I was disappointed with after starting to clean up I still had allot of roots still not chopped up! Which disappointed me. I recommend that before they leave to move the dirt to make sure they have gotten all the roots. Other than that I would use them again.

Will start soon, the price for the tree counted was in my budget, and will take all stomps and wood away....

I called and tried to set up an appointment, was told the owner Mr. Rowe would call that was more than two days ago, have not heard from company since, if this is the way they conduct their business I don't want it, no courtesy call, no maybe have had lots of work call nothing...no thank you for this company...

The plan was for them to arrive at 9:30am and get it done. Rowe's arrived on time, I was introduced to the team and the work began. They did an outstanding job. Glad I called them and would use them again.

The tree was leaning out toward hwy 92 and potentially dangerous. An estimator looked at the job and provided a quote the same day I placed a request. The foreman scheduled the work in the time frame I requested and called the day before letting me know when they would be arriving. The crew cut the tree down with out damaging any near by landscaping or ornamental trees. I marked the in ground sprinkles and the crew were careful not to damage them with their equipment. Aside from the downed tree, they left no visible signs of being there. We were very pleased and would use them again.

I got 3 prices and theirs was right in line, 1 higher and 1 lower. They provided an insurance certificate with the proposal(very important). They told me when they would be here and would call the night before which they did. They arrived right on time and it was gone in 3 hours. Very professional, nice equipment and other than the stump you not not know they had been here. They have a 4-wheel drive Bobcat with wide tires and doesn't tear up your grass. Very Happy.......

Sudden wind storm blew a pine tree against the house. I called early Friday morning, spoke with someone, they came out that day to look at the situation, gave me a price and later the same day came and took the tree down, dug up the stump and hauled it all off. I was very please with every aspect of the communication with this company. The guy who did the estimate, even made a video of the tree, and the path thru the front yard to show the crew how to get to the tree without driving over the septic field. Pretty cool.

Called Mike Rowe and made arrangements to perform work. Due to weather conditions my job was done before appointed date because trees were close to driveway and would not damage surrounding lawn.

They were fantastic, we have nothing to complain about. They were punctual, they had a big enough crew to do the job quickly and they cleaned up everything. It was great.

The owner of the business, Mike Rowe, was very knowledgeable about tree removal and care. I told him my basic goal and let him suggest the specific tasks. His recommendations were in line with what I had expected. The crew was very professional and coordinated. They were very safety conscious and worked well together. I am very satisfied with their performance.

All work was safely done. Clean up was well done. Stumps were ground according to agreement and clean up after stump grinding was well done. Logs too large to remove from the property the first day were removed within 24 hours. I expect to use the service again for any future tree work.

Mr. Rowe came out to give an estimate and gave a very competitive price and good, detailed explanation about the procedure (protection of ground, etc). No payment until job was completed. They cut the trees the next day and came back after the weekend to haul away the trunks and grind the stumps. As per my request they left all the chipped wood in a nice pile in the backyard (for further use). Good service, fair price, courteous staff!

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. I NEEDED THE WORK DONE AFTER HURRICANE FRANCES AND WAS QUITE UPSET. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. THE DAMAGE WAS MORE THAN EXPECTED, AND THEY PERFORMED THE JOB WITHOUT HESITATION.
