Description of Work: Got an estimate for a rehab on a classic camper. Original estimate was between $5000-8000. Was late for every appointment. Did not have plans drawn out when expected, so had to sit in his office for about 2 hours while he fumbled through his computer. Paid to have camper stripped out to assess any other water damage. Even though Rick said that the camper was structurally sound, and little to no water damage, the estimate jumped up to over $13000. Paid him $600 to strip the trailer, then once it was stripped down, and unable to tow, we had to relinquish the trailer to him because we could have bought a brand new trailer for $13000. Paid $1000 for the trailer, which was in decent shape, and (to me) probably could have looked really good with about $5000 worth of work to it. Once it was totally stripped out, it was merely a shell, and virtually worthless.

+ -1 moreIt is the most beautiful work I've ever seen. The attention to detail is like no other. They are great from scheduling the appointment to completing the job. Their customer service is outstanding. Their employees are all very professional and friendly.
Description of Work: We had them build a large custom book shelf for our den.
