Jeremy was very friendly yet professional and most of all very thorough. We have been using Northwest since 2002 after not being pleased with services from another company. + -1 moreExcellent. Both professionals wore booties in my home over their shoes. The service was covered under my contract. Most of my neighbors use NW and I would recommend them to anyone. I can sleep well tonight :)
Description of Work: I have an annual contract with Northwest. Carlos did my initial treatment for ants (and a whole host of other things) and I've not seen any since. My quarterly treatment is not due for a few weeks but last night I found a small scorpion-like bug crawling in my bedroom!! I had the good fortune to have Sandy and Carlos come, confirm my finding (I had the dead bug in a baggie), and treat my home. I am a Yankee and Carlos and Sandy gave me some insight into the new Georgia bugs I could encounter.

Description of Work: Signed up for a contract to perform termite treatment and maintenance, bug spraying inside and outside of house, and fire ant treatment. Price above was for just the termite and initial bug spraying treatments. Then I have a monthly charge to cover all the items being performed quarterly for the year.

+ -1 moreI spent $98 for the last service. I think they are a little high, but I don’t know what other exterminators charge. The effectiveness is good. Their professionalism and punctuality are both very good. They use green products that don’t hurt your pets.

Description of Work: I use the central Con system for the termites to find. It has a lifetime guarantee. They come to my house to spray every three months. I pay quarterly.
