The contractor was hired according to his quotation after vetting other contractors recommended by Angi. He collected payments through Zelle and cash in various installments, as acknowledged in his invoice, to perform the services outlined in his quotation. However, he failed to complete any of the work. The new roof he installed, which he claimed was sourced from a reputable roofing company with a 30-year warranty was negligently installed and could not pass Georgia's code test and inspection. He was informed that we are selling the property and he even recommended a buyer. He failed to complete any of the work in his quotation and refused to respond to repeated requests to cone and complete the work. We have no choice but to engage another contractor recommended by Home Depot. We have the property under contract, with closing scheduled for February 12, 2025. During the due diligence period, the buyer ordered an inspection, which revealed that the new roof LeClair Renovation LLC supplied and installed did not meet Georgia code requirements. The contractor was informed of this and he admitted to the poor quality of his work. Furthermore, he refused to provide a warranty from the roofing company, despite stating in his quotation that the roof would come with a 30-year warranty. To proceed with closing, we have engaged a professional roofing company to inspect the roof and provide a quote for its replacement. Additionally, the other work outlined in the quotation was abandoned by the original contractor and completed by a contractor recommended by Home Depot for painting. This contractor provided us with an expired insurance policy to convince us to hire him, which we later discovered was fraudulent. All evidence related to this transaction, including videos, text messages, and other documentation, has been thoroughly recorded.

10 out 10! If I could give more stars I would! Not only was he professional and courteous, he was consultative and understanding of any hiccups that occurred. He is a jack of all trades and his team is just as well highly gifted. I plan for him to come back and finish more projects. He is my go to contractor! Hire him!

Brenden has been a godsend. He and his crew had to redo quite a bit of work I paid another company to complete that wasn't finished or not completed correctly. They did more in two days than the previous company did in two months. They're communicative and efficient. Any issues I had were immediately mitigated. I wish I had waited on them the first time I reached out instead of using the other company. I'd recommend this company to anyone needing any work done on their home.

It was during the holidays when our kitchen sink suddenly just fell out from the cabinetry. We received immediate service and assessment of the issue and despite the holiday, they came out and reinstalled the sink. They took the time to explain the process, and they followed through. The work was completed with such quality we were just delighted with the entire experience. They really stepped up and came to our rescue . Just very professional all around and very responsive. We used them before for other projects having the same favorable experience with this company. I highly recommend them.

Very professional work, they came in and did exactly as contract stated. They gave me an update everyday on the scope of work for the day and even did some miscellaneous things around the house for me for no cost. Definitely will be using this company again for any future projects.

We had the worst experience with this contractor! We hired them for the kitchen refinishing as well as a deck installation and some other stuff. The job was supposed to be done in 4 weeks (the kitchen refinish in only 2), and after 9 weeks, nothing was finished. The quality of the kitchen doors and paint is disastrous and very poorly done! We are very disappointed with this job. We spent a lot of money, and it was very unprofessional!
