The Leaksmart professionals are always punctual, courteous, extremely professional and provide very skilled services. The Fontaine West Condominiums is a very distressed community of homes and we have 45 year old flat roofs that are in extreme disrepair. The folks at Leaksmart work with our limited budget and allow us to cover our expenses on a monthly budget plan. Leaksmart provides 1st rate quality work that fixes our issues on the first attempt and they make themselves available to our homeowners and allow direct contact from our homeowners, all of whom are very satisfied customers.
Description of Work: Repair rotten wood on roof and patch hole in roof with new wood to prevent water from coming down into the entrance way. Also repaired roof over children's bedroom.
