JOHNSON LAWN CARE

Mr. Johnson came out personally on the initial visit. He was very nice, and gave me an estimate which I decided to have him come back for the work. The first time they came out there was no problem. They are great at doing lawns but horrible at business. I asked for a detailed invoice but they never provided that with any detail. I feel like I was charged for services that I did not get. I do not feel he had ethical practices. He lost my debit card information. The first time I did not give him permission to save it which he did not. The second time, I did tell him to save the information. It appears he did not, because he didn't have any informtion to make the 3rd payment. He runs his business primarily by cell phone which he self disclosed. I feel like my information should have been more secure. They are great at doing the work but I would not use them ongoing. He would call from his truck and I would always have a hard time hearing him in the voicemails. I sent my final check certified mail because he lost my information and I wanted to see that he received the payment. He never stuck with the billing agreement we came up with. He also agreed to call before he came to the house but he never did. He was supposed to be on a two week rotation but I was never able to figure out when he was coming. Again, this is my personal experience. He is very good at doing the lawn care.

The job went well overall. I talked to the guy that runs the company, and he was real good. He was on time and that kind of stuff. He always returned my calls; sometimes he would call back to leave a message and sometimes he wouldn?t. I thought the price was good. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
