They came out on time and did the quote. He discussed with me as to what I wanted done and how soon I needed the work done and all that. So far, we are going further. We might schedule the work when the house will be been done. My interaction with them was very good. I have used them previously. The quote wasn't very detailed. I guess that's the general trend down here. It's just a general statement of remodel bathroom and price X.

It went well and will use them for future renovations. Discussed the addition of a room and/or sunroom or deck.

The cabinet that was provided looks great and the gentleman that made and installed it was very professional. He was on time for our appointments.

Bad experience. Did not quote adequate materials for facia boards and sofet. Actually, they took existing board off and put it on again in another place. First contacts were with representative. He inspected house and quoted price. Promises to begin not kept, advised new leaks on ceiling, said they would be out... Finally began; roofing work done. Contacted Mr. Griffin and he came out. Facia board nailed to rotten wood. tried to say it could not be seen.My son was living there and took pictures all along and sent them to the rep. and Mr. Griffin. Said they had done what contract said. Do not agree with this assessment. Job incomplete in my opinion. Pictures do not lie!

Dealing with Griffin was a nightmare. The day they showed up, they did not give me any notice and it started raining that day. They did not get the roof tarped properly and every single room in my home had water damage and they did send a painter but I was not satisfied. It was a total nightmare and I will never use their service again. The bid was the lowest that I received. They had a girl working for them and she was very good and attentive to our needs. Other than her service, everything was not good.

They did the work. The roof has held up well. The lady in the office Michelle was fantastic and the owner was great as well. The installers did not speak English and they left nails in our yard and did not clean up after themselves. The gutter installer was great but his assistant was not and he even jumped on a part of our porch that I told them was weak and he put a hole in it. The sales guy had to switch things around and I was lirious of some of the things that I saw but things did turn out okay.

The service was good. I had no problems with the service.

The service was fine. They did a great job. The job was timely.

There wasn't anything that I really disliked about the service. The only thing was that because of the weather it was finished two days later than scheduled, but that wasn't their fault. They did get the work done in one day and they did a great job.
