The estimate they first gave was to pull the headers up in the attic. I did not want to spend that much so I asked them to replace existing headers on load bearing walls with larger ones. I also wanted the area sheetrocked and ready for paint. They also had to repair the ceiling and match the texture. The new headers really open the room and the finish work on the sheetrock and ceiling was fantastic. I was very pleased with the results.

We had already gutted the master bath and were looking for someone who could come in within the week and get started. We contacted Georgia Superior Restoration that day. They came out to do an estimate the next day and we had it in writing that night. They were able to start the job within 2 days. Electrical, plumbing, tile and drywall services were provided. We were happy with the quality of the work. They sent us an email each night to let us know what time someone would be coming, who to expect and what time. The time they quoted was stipulated with a 3 hour window. There was one day when no one showed up for the appointment. I called in and they said the guy got double booked by mistake. The next day they were late but worked extra hard that day to make up for it. They required a 50 percent deposit up front before they would schedule the job. I liked the end result and have contracted them for another job.
