Description of Work: None-He never showed up and never called. I waited from Monday to Thursday and even confirmed that he would be here Thursday morning. NEVER showed up or called. I called three times and did not get an answer.

the service went great.
Description of Work: a piple burst in my ceiling and had to shut off the water to the house. Toby were at my house within a hour that he told me he will be there. excellent service will recommend highly to anyone. this is what i like when the job is taken care of in a timely matter and my water back on. what makes it so great it was a sunday evening when the pipe burst.

Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment for service to be done on a broken water pipe outside of a rental with this company. They were a no show and never responded to texts, voicemails or phone calls. Very disappointed with this company. They lost out on a $1,000 + job.

Those guys are great. They stick by their estimates and they respond very quickly if you have an emergency. I have used their service several times and they do a really good and clean work.

,I located his service and he responded right away, punctual professional and left the area clean. He came back to do a job for my mother who lives downstairs and when we have the money, we'll have him back to replace our kitchen faucet too!
Description of Work: I tried to install two faucets in our master bathroom, well I half installed one and I happened to find Toby Jones and he did the job professionally, very punctual and responsive when I needed him to come back and patch a leak in a pipe too at no charge. This is the plumber I've been lookin for!
