note - this is a 55yr old low rise brick condominium w/ many original fixtures. those which have been updated are old enough to be considered antique. while this creates many challenging jobs, mike's experience combined w/ his corporate knowledge of our building enabled him to slice through each project like a warm knife through butter. capital plumbing came to me via a glowing word-of-mouth referrals from my neighbors. can't thank them enough! michael has serviced 8 of the 40 homes in our small community. he was early to both jobs, came fully prepared, completed both jobs in a timely manner and the best part - he charges a ridiculously FAIR price. he is a master plumber w/ 32 yrs experience and an incredible work ethic! he is the consummate service professional! he deserves ALL the business i can send his way. i highly recommend and fully endorse michael gidaitis, owner, capital plumbing!

Highly recommended. The house is 36 years old and the stems have never been changed. The water system is on a well with high mineral content which made everything more difficult. Glad I did not attempt it myself. Very patient, did a great job.

It was great job. They were very prompt, professional, and did a good job. I guess, they could have been any better.

He'd had a full day the day he came to fix the faucet. He came over pretty late in the day. He called first, of course, and said although it was almost 6 p.m. he could do it then rather than the next day which he knew he had a full schedule and would not be able to do it. This was the 3rd time I've used his service and I have never been disappointed. He's been in business for many years, knows what he's doing and does the work in a timely manner.

My commode in master bath had a leak and my commode in the hall bathroom was running after flushing. I did not know when I left a message on answeig machine that the owner does all the work himself. He did not get my message until he returned much later in the day but he did call around 8:00 p.m. that night apologizing and scheduled an appointment for the next day and he came and did the work and so far so good. No more problems with either commode and my water bill has returned to the normal amount instead of the $160 I had to pay for wasted water. I think the owner's name is Mike. He has over 20 years experience and he knows what he's doing and he gets the job done without wasting time. He was very pleasant and professional and I actually used him a second time at my Mom's place for a clogged drain ad received the same great service.

Capital Plumbing came on site and provided one of three written bids -- our overall impression was favorable, we selected another contractor who provided a more competitive price.

He is very reliable and always very punctual.

I've used Mike for years, having been referred to him by a developer who appreciated his attention to detail and craftsmanship. He's done work in my previous neglected 100-year-old, chewing-gum-and-bailing-wire house, and in my new, built-from-scratch home. I've passed him on to family members, clients and friends like a secret family recipe. Everyone has fallen in love with him. He's conscientious, honest, kind and happy to explain what needs to be done and why. Out of all the contractors I've worked with (and I worked with dozens when building my house), Mike's my favorite.

I think he is awesome. I think he is the best plumber I've ever used.
