We picked up the appliance and brought it home in our truck. My husband did the installation. We have shopped their before to check out different appliances as they sell everything. We bought a vacuum cleaner for our motor home, which was years ago. We did price comparisons at different places before we bought the appliance and we found that BrandsMart was the best. That?s why we went with them. The Maytag series that we bought is Bravos Quiet Series 300. You can get a wash and dryer for much less price than what we paid, but I wanted a large capacity one. When you walk in to the store, somebody accompanies you. They get a commission for taking their customers and showing the stuff that they have. I don?t like such an approach. Instead of you just being able to look around and make a decision, you got somebody hovering over you. That?s kind of a turn off for me. They do price negotiation as well, as what they were asking for the wash and dryer was more than what we paid. When it comes to their price, they probably could have done even better for us, but they didn?t. They were professional. The guy who helped us was very knowledgeable about all the different appliances that we looked at. I will shop there again, if I need to.
