Kathy was very knowledgeable about the market and the neighborhood and brought supporting documentation to our initial meeting. She was professional and courteous. The only negative in my experience was lack of follow-up. I told her that I would be making a decision in the coming weeks and she never called/emailed to convince me to use her as my listing agent. I haven't heard from her since that first appointment.

I have a really good real estate agent. We bought a house in April through her but we also used her in 2006 when we bought a house. Her fees are normal for realty. With her she really cares about her clientele, she won't let you settle for any house. Like if you have a dog she will make sure you get a house with a yard and a fence. I think we went to look at 100 different homes and she had no problem she was very motivated each and every time to go out and pick them out. We were very happy with her. She's a very hard working lady, I don't know where she gets the energy. She makes sure you get the right place.
