The service technician was totally professional. He was on time and he called ahead of time to provide an estimated time of arrival. I was especially pleased that he wore protective gear to ensure that guidelines for Covid 19 were followed. This company was a third opinion for my repair. The cost was much less than I received from the previous company. Go with this company if you have heat and air problems.

He was very knowledgeable & straight forward on what was needed to get the heat going.

Bruce was very professional, on time and got the job done in a timely manor. He also educated me about my HVAC, and the price was reasonable.

Less than six hours after I first contacted Bruce, my furnace was fixed. He communicated his arrival time clearly, worked quickly, even returning same day after having to go purchase a part, and the price was exactly what he quoted.

Initially spoke to Bruce around 530pm trying to get an estimate the next day. He was booked and asked if he could come tonight. Did not turn that down! I have an A/C system that is ancient and he was able to get it up and running in about 30 minutes. Excellent price, excellent customer service.
