I got a number of quotes but none of the companies were able to come and install my aluminum fence in a week since signing of a contract. I requested quote from Amigo Fence and Stain and they contacted me at once. Not only did they give me the best price, but also kept to a promised date, which was a week from the time I signed the contract. This was the best as I needed the fence installed very soon so that my dogs could use the yard. The job was done quickly and professionally. Customer service is great to deal with and they update you on the date and time of the installation. I am very happy with this company and recommend them. You get the best of everything - timewise, moneywise and quality! Thank you!

This is an amazing company! The 2 men who installed our fence went above and beyond to get our fence installed. They were very professional, worked overtime to do the job and the fence is very well installed and looks great. I would highly recommend this company. Alberto and Jeruardo were so good and polite. Amigo Stain and Fence LLC painter did a horrendous job on applying stain to my wood privacy fence on 5-25-2022. I informed Rachel the owner of company on 5-25-22 that painter showed extreme poor workmanship, Painter created dark streaked marks and stain run off marks on fence while staining it. Painter unevenly applied stain coverage to fence. Some sections of fence had no stain at all. There was areas of fence where stain was applied heavily. Rachel (owner)stated to my husband and during phone call, to let stain dry. Contact her after a week and she would have one of her staff members come to our house to view condition of our fence. To access how to best correct failed stain job. On 6 -1-2022 I emailed company pictures of condition of my fence. I received no response to this email. My fence was installed on 2-7-2022 and had never been stained or painted. Since Amigo Fence and Stain LLC painter incorrectly applied stain to my fence and did a very unprofessional job. I have received a complaint from my H.O.A. concerning apperance of stain on my fence Stephan, Rachel's employee came to my home on 6-10-2022 to view condition of my fence. He stated that stain used was to thick and was not because of painters poor workmanship??He informed my huband and I that painter would be sheculed to come to our home and apply a second coat of stain over failed stain job. Stephan informed my husband and I that if we had any concerns about method paniter would be using to correct failed stain job, to contact company's owner Rachel. The company's warranty on stain states that the company gives a warranty on painter's workmanship. My husband and I spoke with owner of company Amigo Stain and Fence LLC Rachel, on 6-13-2022 concerning issue that my husband and I had with painter just painting a coat of stain over the failed stain job. Without removing/sanding down dark streak marks, the stain run off marks, and heavily applied stain off fence. Rachel yelled at us during phone call. She was very rude and extremely unprofessional. Rachel yelled at my husband and I that her painters would not correct the failed stain job the correct way. She yelled at my husband and I that stain does not come off wood?That since we will not accept the incorrect way of correcting failed stain job that her painter did. She would not honor labor warranty, and she would not refund us the $1200 we paid company to stain our fence. Rachel, stated to contact her lawyer concerning this matter. However, she did not give us her lawyers information when I asked for it. Rachel also yelled at us that we are trying to get free paint? Which is very much not the case. However, we do want Amigo Fence and Stain LLC to fix the mess that their painter made of our fence the correct way. Due to his unprofessional and poor workmanship.

They made errors on my quote, Did not come when promised. salesperson not answering questions stated my questions was irrelevant. When I ask why my contract was voided.then hung up the phone on me. I did say any vulgar language. Just asking questions may have raised my voice a little bit due to someone telling me that my question is irrelevant.

Quote was quick. Scheduling lacks details about the first day installation. I needed to know what time they would be at my house and the expectations. Especially since they had a lot of my money! But overall, the installers were professional and fast. It took three days to complete my project! I’m thankful and I would hire them again.

Employee provided information that allowed me to make a necessary repair and I was able to save $250 they could’ve charge me but they didn’t

They did a great job that's why we decided to put in additional fence. They were very courteous and pleasant to work with. The quality was perfect, the wood was great and quality of the work was fantastic, reasonable price as well. I couldn't asked for more for an excellent work. I highly recommend them to other people. I was very very pleased, they came out immediately for evaluation. Very good responsiveness.

Fantastic, I have already referred Amigo. I also just signed the docusign two days ago to hire them a second time for another project where I need them. Rachel is always so customer service oriented and pleasant to work with.
