Description of Work: I contacted Mr. Rodriguez first thing this morning to install a sprayer and hose on my kitchen faucet. I explained to Mr. Rodriguez at the time that due to trying to install this myself and not being able to remove the fittings for the old hose, I wasn't able to use my sink. I had cut the hose to the sprayer. Mr. Rodriguez made an appointment me with at that time to come to my home at 5 p.m. this afternoon. He called me back later in the morning and said he had an opening this morning and wanted to know if I was available. I explained to him at that time that I was at work. He said he would see my at 5 p.m. At 5:30 p.m., Mr. Rodriguez called and asked if I still wanted him to repair my shower. I explained that I still needed his services and he said he would arrive at my home in 45 minutes. At 6:27 p.m., Mr. Rodriguez contacted me and told me he was having car trouble and wouldn't be able to come. He did not offer to set up another time to come out.

+ -1 moreI had such a wonderful experience with Mr. Al Rodriguez that I will definitely be using his services again. A very heavy rainstorm caused my shutters to be blown from my windows one afternoon. I contacted a couple of service providers but Mr. Al offered me the best value and was available to provide an estimate and perform the work the very next day. He arrived ahead of schedule took a close look at my shutters and said he could get started right then. He used a special technique to re-install the shutters so they will never come back down. He also painted them for me and advised me to let them dry overnight and he would return bright and early to install. He stood by his word and completed everything early the next day! He is awesome and has been a blessing. I will certainly give him a call for any handyman services I need!

+ -1 moreSoon after Mr. Al Rodriquez timely arrived, it was discovered that I had purchased the wrong size door. Mr. Rodriquez was kind enough to wait as I return/exchanged the door which took approximately 30 minutes. He took the time to explain his installation methods which were on point. At the last minute, I asked if he could look at an interior door in my home that we were having problems closing. Mr. Rodriquez agreed to accept the task, he removed the door, leveled it and rehung the door with much attention to detail. His initial price quote was the exact with only a modest increase from my original quote to level the interior door. I will definitely us Al Rodriquez again.
