Excellent! We couldn't be happier with the quality of work. They replaced the back door and frame (which my dog chewed up), and the result is better than the original door.

Josh and crew delighted us with their work. The job was not without obstacles, but they overcame all of those to deliver a high-quality product. They let us know what the schedule would be as the work progressed, and then followed through on the schedule. Likewise, Josh kept us apprised of the payment draw schedule well ahead of when draws were due. We were quite comfortable with providing them access to the interior of the house, and they were conscientious about keeping the site tidy, both outside and inside. We are thrilled with our new outdoor living space.

Amazing. By early afternoon they were all done. They also re screened a portion of my screened in porch that my dogs tore off. I could not be more pleased. The estimate was totally fair, and I can't wait for them to start on my laundry room and master bath where they will install cabinets, reconfigure an entire master bathroom including new tub and shower, new vanity and new closet area. This is the second time we have had Josh here. He and his pros are the real deal.

The construction project went well in the kitchen. We had two columns in front of the kitchen walls moved back to be even with the walls. They were very neat and finished in a timely manner. The end product looked great and unnoticeable. Our guests have not even noticed the change. The work on the whirlpool tub was to remove the tile and make an access panel to the whirlpool plumbing. The end product looks great, matches our bathroom cabinet design already in place and you can not tell anything was changed. They finished in a timely manner and were neat. The door bell works great now.

Upon arrival the Timberland team went right to work. Half the team fixed the roof and the other half removed the damaged section of flooring. I was expecting one guy and a helper. They brought a full crew and got the job done well. Floor was not as damaged as expected and only the ruined portion was removed, versus a full room gut as the other contractors had proposed.

Skilled, reliable and personable. Excellent value and quality work. Is quite busy, so doesn't always respond to emails right away. Would definitely recommend.

We had used Josh previously and knew he did top grade work. Very professional in his work ethic and made sure we were satisfied.

It went fine. He also nailed some other things he noticed were loose.

Overall the quality of the work was excellent. Josh worked on Saturday which was OK with us. We were expecting him on Sunday afternoon, but he didn't show up. However, he completed the job on Monday. The men he had working with him were professional and courteous. All in all we were very pleased with the work.

I contacted Timberland Home Builders at 6:54PM on Wednesday, October 22. I did not receive a call back until November 3 at 11:50. It may be needless to say but I did not use his services.

We could not be more pleased. They maintained their schedule and budget even when a surprise or two emerged. They were totally trustworthy; we did not think twice about running errands while they ?p?e re here. We even gave them a key so they could continue when we needed to be out of town for a couple of days. The work area was kept clean and they contained the dust when the new floors were sanded and buffed. It was an absolutely first rate job and we highly recommend them without reservation.

Josh was extremely professional or timely. He is by far the best contractor/handy man I have ever worked with. We had an inspection and he worked to get me a quote and invoice and came to do the job sooner than we agreed upon. I will be using him again to come back to do some additional repairs.

Contacted Joshua and less than 24 hrs he had installed my fans. He is a young man that doesn't any time getting the job done. He and an assistant had my fans in and working in approximately 1.5 hrs. I will definitely use him many times in the future. He beat the competition by $$$.

Josh was punctual, followed up with his estimate promptly and came in within budget. This is the second time I have used Timberland and would highly recommend Josh and his team. Excellent work at a fair price.

No problems. Like most good contractors Josh has a pretty full schedule so you have to be a tad patient to get scheduled. Once scheduled, Josh makes it happen. I am quite happy and will use Josh in the future.

Awesome! There was quite a lot of work that had to go into this install.He had to remove and cut ,trim outside vinyl siding plus build a frame inside the wall.After installation he trimmed out the interior with molding and caulked where required. Good job! We are very pleased.

I worked with Josh Crowe of Timberland. He is very knowledgeable and highly reliable as far as showing up on time and doing what he has agreed to do. The work he and his employees do is of consistently high quality. He can handle a wide range of residential repair and remodeling work. I am very glad I found him through Angie's List, can recommend him highly, and plan to use his company again for future projects.

I accumulate a list of repairs, additions and miscellaneous jobs which need attention and go for a onetime, rather than piece meal completion. A couple of days after my initial call, Josh came by, reviewed my needs and emailed an estimate in about a week. We set up a tentative date and Josh called ahead of the date to set a time. They arrived within a half hour of the scheduled time. The jobs on my list, plus a couple of new ones were accomplished in a day, as promised. I did have to remind him of several details we had discussed, but he had not remembered or noted. The work was done professionally and efficiently, but the post job clean-up was not as good as I had hoped. Overall, I was satisfied and will choose them for my next list, as long as I am available to oversee the tasks.

Josh was upfront telling us he had a very busy week but would probably be able to get by for partial days after completing other jobs. We were out of town when he called and said he could get by. We were absolutely comfortable giving him the location of a hidden key and the alarm code. All the work was done over a couple of different days and when we got home we were pleased to see it was done very well. Where he really shined was getting creative to find a way to save the glass in our front door and rebuild the trim around it. He also found a way to make repairs to a less-than-stellar job a handyman did installing an outdoor light fixture. We found Josh when we were looking for a handyman to complete the punch list but he has the skills of a craftsman and the experience of a home builder. He'll be our first call the next time we need some work done around the house.
