I wasn't home when they came to do the gutter cleaning. They just said that they would be there on that certain date. We didn't need to be home. When I got home from work that day it was done. They were on time and it was well priced. They cleaned up the area.

Excellent. The crew cleaned the roof and gutters using a blower. More importantly, they used one man on the peak of the roof holding a safety rope attached to the one cleaning as I asked them to do (steep pitch; awkward footing)

They blew out the leaves in the gutters, but left behind some sticks that were in there. They did not check or clear the downspouts at all.

It went very well, they were very professional on the phone and courteous. The scheduled date of cleaning had to be pushed due to weather which, of course, is beyond anyone's control. However I did end up taking the entire day off to be at home and ended up losing a day of productivity. It would be helpful if they could provide any more information beyond the date of the appointment for their customers, even if it was just 'morning' or 'afternoon' - but I realize that may be a tall order/request. It may not be as important for other customers as it is for me, but having an appointment window would have made my experience go from 'good' to 'excellent.' Again to be clear I would hire these folks again. It rained yesterday and it was obvious they did their job as the gutters were not overflowing and were much improved.

It was very good. It was done when they said they would do it and it was done properly. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. It was great. I would recommend them.

I'm going to write a completely honest review of everything that occurred. I needed gutters cleaned, and I told the office and the technicians I needed guards removed on half of house and gutters cleaned on other half. No one mentioned this was an issue (I later learned it is written on the coupon as an extra charge). They removed gutter guards only and left. The only leaves removed were the ones on top of the guards (and they left those leaves wherever they landed - no clean up). I called back and the owner told me guard removal was an extra charge and I told him I was happy to pay it - I just needed the job done. He said he would work me into the schedule and call me right back. That was two weeks ago - I've heard nothing. I was obviously annoyed and left a message to that affect and that he should call me as I was preparing to write my review. He called me right back - he probably shouldn't have. He said he didn't appreciate my voicemail and that the entire mishap could have been avoided if I had read the coupon in the first place (even though I clearly told him I would pay the extra fee). The rest of the conversation went poorly and when he offered to put me "back into the normal routine schedule since I was getting a free service that I didn't pay for", I declined to ever have him at my house again and hung up. Was EVERYTHING terrible? No. They scheduled me right away after buying the coupon. It took 3 weeks, but there is nothing wrong with being busy. The price was excellent. They showed up when they said they would. The guys that removed the gutter guards knew what they were doing and were very safe (a simple blowing off of the leaves would have been good). The biggest issue is with Shane, the owner. His professionalism was quite lacking - shocking honestly. I also rated his responsiveness an F because he never called back like he said he would. I know the customer is not always right, but when the customer has to beg to get back on your schedule to finish a job that he's willing to pay for, would you want them back at your house?
