Gutter Pro

Very well, Gutter Pro always does an excellent job each time I request their services, I am very pleased with them and will hire them again!

I was able to communicate with them before the job was started. I expressed my concerns about the new mulch and plants around the house. They did not do any damage to plants but I had to go around the porch and clean the debris afterwards. They contacted me when they got to the house and after were finished. It was a good job for a very reasonable cost, and gutters got cleaned.

It seems they did a good job. After we got coordinated, they came out there and did a good job. I wasn't there, but the gutters seem to be empty. They seem to do a good job, and there wasn't any trash in the yard. The price was fine. Everything was fine. The only thing that I didn't understand was when I bought the thing, I called and they gave me a couple of dates. When I gave the dates. When it was the date, I could see things hanging out of the gutters. So, I called them back. I said, I thought you guys came out to do the gutters. They said no, that I did not confirm the dates that we had set up, so we didn't come. The problem that I had is that nobody called me back to say that they did it, or that they didn't do it. I said if I didn't call you back, I had paid eighty nine dollars for nothing. They said that they don't get the money until they complete the job. It was a little coordinated that nobody re-contacted me when the job wasn't done. I never would have gotten it done, and never would have realized it. I had to make the initial re-contact to get the job done. No follow up from them or you. Once they set the date, everybody did what they said. That was fine. I never saw anybody. I think I have used them before, but I would make sure to watch them a little closer the next time.

I booked them online. They were easy to schedule the appointment. I was not home for services. When I came they were clean. Very straightforward.

It went great! Gutters are wonderful. Future tip for homeowners though...fork up the extra money for the leaf resistant coverings because a month or two later it was clogged due to leaves. I wish I spent the extra money.

The company wouldn't give me a time of arrival until the morning of the service so I had to block out the entire day for this work. When they did arrive I asked them to let me know how much debris they found in the highest gutters but that never happened. 15 minutes after they arrived they were gone. They didn't let me know they had finished and didn't provide an invoice. I did later receive an invoice by email. Maybe the highest gutters were cleaned or maybe they weren't. I'll never know. Next time I'll spend a little more and try someone else.

He was absolutely terrific- he was able to schedule the cleaning for the next day; and the job was thoroughly and quickly done - he even made sure that the leaves and other refuse were blown off the decks, sidewalks, and driveway. I will be using him next time!
