Description of Work: I needed my cutters cleaned., went on the schedule provided , gave my dates which included a timeframe and day of week based on the calendar they showed as available dates. They did call immediately to schedule me, but then told me they do not do Saturdays (which the calendar showed as a schedulable day) and they won't give you a time until the day of appt. NOT ACCEPTABLE.!!! AND VERY MISLEADING!!!
