Gutter Pro

They came out a couple of weeks ago. I would use them again in the future.

I wasn't home at the time because I couldn't get away from work, so I don't know exactly what time they came. But a technician called my cell to say they were on the way. I let him know I wasn't home but to go ahead with the job. I came home that evening to a house with clean gutters and my sidewalk and patio were completely free of leaves (even the ones I hadn't gotten around to raking and therefore had nothing to do with the gutters). I've already hired Gutter Pro to fix a problem with a clogged underground downspout extension and plan on hiring them this spring to pressure wash my home. Gutter Pro has been great--I feel lucky to have found them.

I was at work, so there wasn't an agreed upon time for them to come. I did receive a call while they were at my home to confirm exactly what work I wanted performed. I later received another call advising me that a portion of the gutter guards had been installed incorrectly (i.e. nailed in instead of screwed in), which resulted in some shingle damage and that I would need to have those shingles replaced in order to prevent any water damage/leaks. I very much appreciate the heads-up. I came home to find everything had been done exactly as I had asked. The new downspout extension is brown, so it blends in fairly well with the ground. In fact, I couldn't even see it when I pulled into my driveway! I walked over to where they had said the shingle damage was, and I could see it for myself. I'm very pleased with Gutter Pro's work and will continue to use them for gutter cleaning and plan to have them pressure wash my home this spring. They charged $100 to remove the gutter guards and $65 for the downspout extension. Well worth the money, I think.

It was good. They were nice on how the gutter is cleaned. They did a good job. They were very polite. They tried to do what they had to do, had it done in efficient way, as fast as they could do it, was doing good job. I will use them again.

On time, professional, fast. Also added bonus: warranty for 3 months to come back if problems.

The overall service was great. The lady who was working with us to set the appointment was very friendly. When the guys arrived they were very quick and efficient. They cleaned up all of the debris from the gutters and even adjusted one we thought was sitting incorrectly. I would definitely use them in the future without hesitation.

They arrived on time. Did their job, and cleaned up all around the exterior of the house.

After rescheduling a couple times, they made it to my house in time and works quickly. They provided honest feedback about the condition of my gutters.

They were okay. They weren't as thorough as some of the ones that we've had before. They did the job. There was little difficulty with the scheduling. They were supposed to call and tell us they're coming as well as give us a warning of when they were headed this way. They literally called from our front porch.

Only complaint was that they were very backed up when I paid for the service and took several weeks to come out but overall a good deal on gutter cleaning.

They were prompt, professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend this company.

They not only did a great job cleaning out the gutters, but they also blew off the entire roof, my driveway, walks, front steps and back proch. It looked really nice when I arrived home after work.

It went well. They came to the wrong property the first time, our home, but quickly corrected and came to our rental property the next day. I would say, awesome, two for one, but my home had already been serviced. Either way, great customer service and work.

They were on time and did a great job.

They did a great job but there did not do a good job with communication.

They showed up on the day we scheduled, did the job quickly and cleaned-up the debris after. Couldn't ask for more.

It was okay. They came out while I was there. I had asked them to take pictures and what have you. But, they left without a word. So, I'm assuming they did a good job. I'm in a two-story town home. So, it's kind of hard for me to see the top of my roof. The previous company I've used in the past, would take pictures to confirm the cleaning of the gutters because it's not really visible for me. There was nothing extra. I would have preferred the pictures for just confirmation that they were done and what it looked like before final closing.

We did end up using the service, and they were fantastic. They didn't charge me anything extra, and when they left they advised me that, as long as I continue to get the service done every year I would continue to keep the Angie's List rate. I had them scheduled for two weeks prior to them actually coming out, and it rained, but I never got a follow up phone call to tell me they were canceling. I never got a call to reschedule it. I had to actually reach out to them to reschedule the appointment, and I had already paid for it, so that was a bit frustrating for me. They left things on the ground afterwards. Once I rescheduled the appointment they were on time, they were kind, they were very efficient, and they got the job done very quickly.

We were not here when they did it. I guess it was done.

The actual cleaning went fine. The reason for the B rating was the scheduling. I booked the cleaning and then delayed using it until a few months later. We agreed on an 11/16 date and nobody showed up. Turned out the company had an 11/19 date on their calendar. Then on 11/19 they didn't show because they got the address wrong. So I think the work was done on the 20th

They looked and acted like [professionals and got the job done well.

I thought everything was fine and then I went into the master bath and found all types of debris that looked like it came from the sink drain. Was it possible that they blew down a pipe that was connected to the sink drain? It looked as though it gushed up from the drain and went all over the countertop and carpet in front of the sink. That was the only sink affected, but it was a mess. I would ask them if this would be a possibility before I used them.

Good, I think. I didn't have to be home for it.

Very impressed with the young man that did the job. He talked about the pitch of my roof and was very honest about his assessment of the conditions of my gutters.
