I got their deal through Angie's List ($99 for houses up to 3500 sq ft). Their communication was highly responsive, and their was able to schedule me within the week of me purchasing the deal. Then they called me up and let me know there was a cancellation and would I like to have it done Monday. The guy who came was friendly and professional, and along with cleaning out the gutters he cleared off my front walk and driveway. So, well worth it, and would definitely recommend again.

When I booked the appointment, I was advised that I did not need to be present during the service. So, I wasn't at home when the work was performed. Two business cards were left at my door to indicate the workers had been there. I think they did a good job with the gutters. From what I have observed since the service, gutters are processing a lot more water. However, I expected some sort of report on the roof inspection indicating if there were any flaws or potential issues, or even that everything looked good. I didn't get one. When sent an email asking for one, I was basically told, no news is good news. So I don't really know what they saw or did in that respect.. They should give the customer some sort of feedback on the roof inspections.

Response was quick, Work done and debris cleaned. I was pleased with the job. I gave a B for punctuality only because there was no time given, just a date of service.

Used Angie coupon of $119 for houses up to 5,000 sq. ft. My house is large (4,500 sq. ft.) and this is significantly cheaper than other providers. The two technicians were thorough and cleaned up completely afterwards. It would have been nice to be able to schedule a specific time slot instead of calling at the beginning of the day to know that they would arrive in the afternoon.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Gutter Pros. They were very willing to do other jobs that I needed done. There was an extra charge for the extra work but I was fine with that.

While I had some issues with the scheduling, Shane and his team was extremely professional and the work was done perfectly.

Excellent! Communication before appointment was professional, as was the entire job. They arrived, told me exactly what they would be doing, went right to work and did a thorough job cleaning the cutters and clearing the roof hips of leaves. Will be setting up routine service from them. Could not be more pleased!

The service went okay. We were not able to check the work. We were not here when they came. The price was a good price. They were punctual. We were not home and it took them 15 minutes to accomplish the job. He called and said he was on his way then, 15 minutes later he said he was done.

At first great. They were prompt and quick. They charged me 2 dollars to repair a gutter that leaked the next time it rained. Then, a week later I had water leaking into my basement around the water main. I called a plumber and they said that my drainage system was clogged and showed me. They even dug down to where it was leaking around the pipe and showed how the water was not draining and just sitting there. I promptly called GutterPro and they told me the owner would call me. He called me promptly. So far so good. I told him what happened. He started to argue with me and said that they do not disconnect downspouts from drainage systems. He told me that if it was them then it should not be too deep in the drainage system. I decided to clean it myself as I had all the information I needed.

It went great! They were very professional. I didn't have to be there, and they took pictures before and after and emailed them to me. they called me at the beginning and recommended maybe adding some brackets to help hold up the gutters. Then they called me back after they finished cleaning the gutters, and said that they hammered some nails back in.They believed that hammering the nails would hold the gutters and I didn't need the brackets. them not taking advantage of the situation to make more money off of me spoke VOLUMES!

They missed their first appointment but called me that evening before I had to follow up myself. I was just happy that they took the burden of rescheduling on themselves as opposed to me having to look up their number and call during business hours, etc. They came out two days later due to weather and the work was good. They cleaned up after themselves and other than no leaves in the gutter, I couldn't tell they had been there!

Gutter Pro did an excellent job. They were on time and professional. Since our gutters were cleaned, we have had a few rain storms and the water is draining off the roof very well, no backups or spill overs like we used to have. They were quick and cleaned up very well. I will absolutely use them again. They even warranty their work and said it I had any problems they would come back. They did such a good job I have not needed this, but really great to have if I did. Thanks for the great job guys.

Job was done quickly. Provider arrived within time estimated after contact. Clean-up was well done. All in all quick, and efficient service. Only one rain storm since but gutters seemed to be working well.

Prompt. Did what they said they would do quickly and well. Cleaned up the property afterwards.

The work looks exceptional. The gutters are clean and the roof is clean and free of leaves and debris and the best part like most of the reviews stated I didn't even have to be home. I will definitely recommend and use Gutter Pro again.

As far as I know, it turned out well. They did fine. I thought they were going to stop and check with me before they left the house but they didn't do that. The cost was good. I would definitely use them in the future. They came when they said they were going to come to meet my schedule. I'd tell my friends to use them and sign up with Angie's List first. They were just fine.

They came out a couple of weeks ago. I would use them again in the future.
