Prompt scheduling, arrived on time, and very happy with service. Will use them for future cleanings as well. Happy customer.

They messed up the date and did the service earlier than requested ( by a month) hence the low grades in some aspects

Several of our gutters were completely clogged. I purchased a deal to have them all cleaned even though we have gutter guards, which they specify they won't remove in the deal. Luckily they were able to blow them out and get them all cleared w/o having to remove the guards. They were quick and cleaned up everything. I was really anticipating this job to cost a lot more, since they were so clogged. I will definitely use this company again and no longer put off getting the gutters cleaned!

Professional from initial phone call to schedule and through service. I greatly appreciated owner calling to verify an expectation that I had that was not included in their service---I would have been upset if they did not clarify this ahead of time and instead came out to do work and did not do the thing I was expecting. Overall - great. Worked with me to set up service date and arrived as scheduled. Very personable and easy to work with. Did a great job with cleaning the gutters and I have set up a cleaning schedule with them for future work...and Gutter Pro is honoring the Angie's List price for all. Cleanup could have been a bit more thorough. Some debris left on reachable sills and in plants around foundation. All in all a very pleasant and professional service.

Overall cleaning was great; however, you need to specify that you have a multi-story house it took 2 attempts to get here with a ladder tall enough to actually reach the 2.5 stories of our home.

Our Gutter cleaning went off without a hitch unlike the previous two experiences we had with other companies. Gutter Pro also found a few areas of our gutter and downspouts were in need of repair. We had them back out a couple of months later to perform that task and while making he repairs, re-cleaned the entire system. We are very pleased with Gutter Pro and I regret not finding them sooner.
