 + -1 moreResolution: Absolute Plumbing came immediately and found the problem to be with the shut-off valve under the tank. Richard also explained how the overflow tube inside the tank could easily contribute to a future problem unless it was shortened. He replaced the valve and fixed the overflow tube in the tank. He even called back a couple of days later to make sure there was no other leaking and that the problem was resolved to my satisfaction.
