At the time I purchased the home I was still living overseas in the Czech Republic. Mr. Wilson did a super outstanding home inspection. I have never in my life had such a detailed home inspection done before, down to and including model numbers and serial numbers of every piece of mechanical equipment in the house and every piece of equipment was check for recalls. Simply put, when I arrived from overseas there were no surprises because of my home inspection report, everything that I saw everything that I found wrong with the house was listed in the home inspection report there were no surprise no surprises.
