Description of Work: Had a major home face lift, which included a new wrap around porch, siding and Windows. It is truly now our "dream home"! Perfect professionalism from St Andrews who was the GC, and every subcontractor who worked here! It's absolutely perfect, and exactly what we wanted!!

+ -1 moreOur job was a complex one and there are things I would do differently, but Jamie is a great builder. All who build experience "builder's remorse" in some way, but our experience is overall very good. My recommendation for ANY builder is to meet with the manager and keep up with expenses yourself. There are uncontrollables like changes in lumber or concrete costs, etc. and you need to know about those things to keep close to target costs. Also, always anticipate at least 15-20% more than you expect. Jamie' s appeal is also one of the weaknesses: he is a nice guy. He treats his subs respectfully, but at times they take advantage of that and you may need to be the heavy to get them on task. That downside pales to his quality of work and his willingness to continue working to make it right.

+ -1 moreThe provider was extremely busy, but still made time and the whole thing was settled in less than a month. They were very professional and courteous. I will be contacting them for construction in the future!
Description of Work: In February we noticed a water spot on the ceiling in our Foyer. After contacting our insurance company we learned that because our home was less than 10 years old the builder may come and fix the issue because of Georgia's Statute of Repose. I contacted the provider and after a few emails and visits, the roof was fixed for FREE!
