I hired Jonathan and worked out a day and time for him to arrive. After giving him choices of dates and times that he chose he backed out the day of. All of this after I had spent money on hotel, travel and asking others to postpone their vacation to accommodate him. Very unprofessional response to a seemingly easy solution.

We are buying a house in Georgia, but living in Indiana. We have never seen the home in person. Jonathon was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He answered all my questions immediately and even did the inspection on a Sunday. The report was wonderful and included pictures. I really enjoyed Mr. Paine. I was in the process of closing on a foreclosure, and being a first time home owner can be nerve wrecking because you arenâ t very knowledgeable and donâ t want to be take advantage of. Mr Paine did NOT make me feel this way. He kept in touch, was very flexible, worked with my realtor, and got the job done as if it were his own house. Was on time and took his time.
