However, after charging us $375 to plunge a toilet which only flushed one time correctly after they left, we will no longer be using Allgood. When we asked them to come back and further evaluate the problem, they asked for $475. We said no thanks and went to another company. After asking Allgood for an adjustment to the incredibly high fee for getting one flush from the repaired toilet, they responded that their fees are set by a corporate office. I no longer want to deal with a company that has no local empowerment to look at a situation and make adjustment of fees as warranted. Allgood does not honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee."
