PROCOATS PAINTING & PRESSURE

First, pinning them down to actually come work was horrendous. I had to threaten to get someone else before they showed up to do the inside work. And even then, I never knew if there would be 1 painter or 5. I know for a fact that there are several really good painters in this company but I didn't get them. Pressure wash - they left the screens and windows covered in debris, left pieces of paint that fell off trim. Painting of outside - did not do wood repairs we discussed. Painting inside - did not do good prepping of walls, can see bumps and things through paint. Woodwork was not well painted into corners nor at bottoms of door frames. Paint was spattered on my hardwood floors and left there. Painters wouldn't ask me questions or talk to me. When I spoke to them, only one would reply. I don't believe language was the issue, they just chose not to speak to me. Someone broke a glass shade and they just left it in the middle of things for me to find. I was reimbursed for that. Last of all, they left fast food trash all over my house and yard. On final bill, I was not charged for "touch up and clean up". Who knew that was a separate charge?
