Description of Work: Managed rental property collections

Description of Work: I arrived to view some available listings available, and was mislead as to the quality of the properties. The customer (one of their current tenants) in line ahead of me was having a shouting match with the employee over maintenance issues with their unit. They were threatening to stop payment on their rent until the A/C was repaired as it had been out for over a week. They claimed that they had left messages and spoken to several different people, but had not been contacted. over the 10 day stretch. They claimed to have come by the office several time only to find that the doors were locked and the office was closed. I went to look at the property after being spoken to as if I were an annoyance to the employee, where I found that the great apartment with lots of amenities plus a pool, was really a run down complex with the partially dried, green remains of a pool, for $800/ month no less. I promptly returned to the leasing company to return the key, which I never used because I saw enough from the parking lot. The doors were locked and the employees were gone. I sat for 45 minutes before they returned around 3:10... This was on a Monday afternoon, during their normal business hours. Horrible experience. They can get away with this because they rent to students, and they know that the students have limited resources for rental properties. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
