 + -1 moreMy experience with this company was negative, not only their diagnostic of my AC was incorrect but they also expect me to pay for it wow amazing. I do not recommend them.
Description of Work: AC Repair, First the technician diagnosed that I need Freon, which did not resolve the issue with my AC, I called them a week later they tell me I need a new unit.

Description of Work: Took months to do an estimate, we agreed on price of job, but they never came back. Called several times, always told 8 to 10 days, but never show up to do the job. I finally gave up.

 + -1 moreThe Ogeechee Heating and Air technicians were prompt, courteous, and FAST!! The job was finished in 2 hours. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends.
Description of Work: Ogeechee Heating and Air installed a new heat pump in my apartment, per request of my landlord. I estimated the repair cost, since I didn't pay for the service or the unit.

 + -1 moreReplaced fan motor and sensors. Performed work satisfactory and air conditioning worked again. Did not have time to do other work needed.
Description of Work: Inspected outdoor coil and interior air handler. Replaced fan motor on outdoor coil (condenser). Replaced faulty coil temp sensor and ambient temp sensor. Found drain pan in need of replacement as well of two ducts needing replacement, this work is planned for February 2011.

 + -1 moreThey are good. They also handled other works but I didn't know that until afterwards. I had a contract with other company and when they bought them out, they acknowledged the contract even though it was money out of my pocket but they fixed it anyway. Their price was good compared to others.
Description of Work: I used Ogeechee Heating & Air Inc for putting in a new unit inside and outside. I had a room added on. They had to put in more AC stuff for that part also.

 + -1 moreThey were horrible. They had come out to sell me a new unit but another house was going to be upgrading, so they told me that I could have a used unit for about $1000. They didn't come on time when they were supposed to. It then stopped working and they said that they would come and fix it but they would never come out when they said they were going to. It took them about two months to fix it. I have heard that other people also had the same problems and issues with them.
Description of Work: Ogeechee Heating & Air Inc sold me a used air conditioning unit.
