I called the place on Monday and set appointment on Tuesday at 10 am. The service guy arrived my home actually at 2:40 pm. Beside this delay, the work done by the guy, Doyle Norman, was excellent. First you could tell this is very nice and honest guy and you felt very comfortable to deal with him. After some conversations and cost estimate, we decided to repair the leaking right away (no second trip). Doyle is very experienced, he removed three tiles from the concrete floor with no breaking, which was out of my expectation. He spotted the leaking area very well and fix it professionally. I think he kept the minimum damage to the floor and clean working space. Their charge is very reasonable. Doyle worked there nearly non-stop for 4.5 hrs (shown on the bill). I have to remind him to take a break and have a drink a couple times. He responded that his break will cost my money:-)). If all the service guys like him, homeowners will have much less stress when they need help. Thanks Doyle.

They were great! We bought a house that needed some updating and some rooms were missing receptacles entirely. Brad was very helpful. He helped me make some sense of the wiring in our home and offered a lot of great advice. We were hoping to just squeeze in our outlets being updated/installed, but they were so great we had enough time to put in some new ceiling fans and pendant lights as well. Good guys, and will definitely be calling them in the future for some more electrical stuff as well as plumbing.

They provided a reasonable quote and suggested items that could assist us in averting issues down the road. We were extremely pleased with not only the work but the professionalism of their associates. We have used their plumbing service since our initial July remodel as the water well had a minor issue that i discovered on a Saturday evening. I snapped a picture and sent to their website and they were able to ascertain that it could wait until Monday thereby averting any weekend charges. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for either electrical and or plumbing services in the Statesboro area.

They do electrical and plumbing. I have used both services and they are absolutely amazing. They are ver reasonable compared to others in the area. They are prompt and come when they say they will. They will get the job done in a good amount of time. They are the only people in the area I would call for electrical or plumbing. They also called me back shortly after I called them. They are very punctual and professional as well.
