Description of Work: Deal's replaced my heat pump. Before the installation, all of my questions were answered and the costs in the estimate were fully explained. On the day of the installation, the crew arrived promptly, went straight to work, and worked until the job was finished. Before they left, they cleaned up the areas in which they had been working and they made sure I understood all the work that had been done; they also answered my questions about the new HVAC system. The final bill was exactly the same as the estimate, down to the penny. Deal's had done maintenance and repairs on the old system in the past and I've always been pleased with their work.
