I was able to choose samples and take them home (w/o deposit as was required at another place) to try in my kitchen. All my questions were politely and completely answered. Payment was not required till I was happy with the job. The men arrived at exactly the time scheduled and plunged right in. My house was built in the mid seventies and has had a number of and ldquo;improvementsand rdquo; to the original. Because of this, there turned out to be a varying number of old layers of linoleum throughout the area. It ended up that all had to pulled up instead of one, making the job more work than originally expected. In addition, a layer of paper had to be dampened and scraped up bit by bit. The guys took it all in stride and worked steadily to get it all done as quickly as possible. They always explained and showed me what was happening and were apologizing to me for the delay when it wasn't any of their doing. Also, to move my refrigerator, the doors had to be taken off in order to move it. Again, no complaints just apologies. Everything was moved back into place properly. The job should have been one day or less but turned into a full 2 days through no fault of the company. I paid some more in labor than originally expected but it was well earned and well worth it. The new flooring got laid and it looks great!
