Baxley Carpet was prompt and easy to work with during the selection of carpet. Installers were efficient and courteous.

The owner was very helpful in selecting possible flooring in their storeroom. She and her husband came to my house that evening to measure and compute an estimate. They arrived on time and measured while defining exactly what the job would entail. I received the estimate the next day and accepted their bid later in the day. After materials arrived the date was set for installation. The installers arrived on time and were a pleasure to have in my home. The installers said they were unaware of the need for shoe molding so my husband went to town to purchase some based on their measurements. Later in the day, the installers requested more molding. After they left, I noticed that they had put down white molding next to wood finished cabinets and the piece between the vinyl and laminate was loose. I contacted the owner and we set a convenient date and time to correct the problems. One of the original installers returned and made the corrections to my satisfaction. The cost of the shoe molding purchased by my husband was deducted from the original estimate. Overall, we were very happy with the completed job. The owners and installers were a pleasure to work with. I would use them again.
