+ -1 moreIt went very well. The computer started to not go to the logon screen like it was supposed to, so I called this guy. He came out tot he house. He fiddled with it for about an hour and took it to his office. The hard drive was replaced and he brought the laptop back, and now it works like a charm so far.
Description of Work: He was very reliable, the computer's working again because of him. I could even reach him on his cell instead of just the company.
