Undependable and terrible customer service. Hard to get ahold of, when you do, the communication in the company is awful. Started on two projects and never finished them. They tell you when they are finished with the job after they mess it up. Have left numerous voicemails to fix their projects they messed up, never answer or call back. If i could give this company zero stars I would. Have since started using seaside electric who is much more dependable, gets the job done, and answers the phone. Must be nice to not care about your customers.

It was all good. They have done 2 different jobs for me.

I've recently purchased a home on St. Simons that had some odd electrical wiring and switches. For instance, the switch to activate the garbage disposal was on the far side of the kitchen, twenty feet from the disposal. There weren't enough electrical outlets in the main hall and the wiring for a bank of light switches by the front door was a mess. I was attempting to install a Wemo Light Switch at the front door, which I've done several times before, but the wiring there was so old and tangled I needed a professional to sort it out. Malone showed up on time and quickly tackled all of the problem areas. They were able to install a switch for the disposal right next to the sink, where it always should have been. That was the most time-consuming task, as it involved pulling out the dishwasher. They quickly rewired the bank of light switches at the front door and installed the Wemo Light Switch for me, and then added a couple more electrical outlets in the main hallway. Once the work was finished, they cleaned up, leaving no trace they'd been there. Everything works perfectly and I'm very satisfied with the quality of their work. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and in fact I'm having them install ceiling fans in two of my bedrooms.

It was well. But being charged a full hour plus the work which was only $30.00 was overkill. They two men were here less than 20 minutes. I will call them again only if I knew the work would take a full hour. I fill like they too advantage of the homeowner (me).
