The local ServiceMaster was unable to handle the volume of calls. They quickly enlisted the aid of other ServiceMasters and got the island the help needed. The other 2 recovery companies put us on a wait list. One finally contacted us 1 week after the work was done. We still have not heard from the other company. I love ServiceMaster! Without them we would have had much more extensive damage to our hardwood floors. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, prompt. They kept in contact with us, letting us know what was going on.
Description of Work: We had flooding from Hurricane Irma that affected the underflooring of our cottage. This required complete removal of the insulation and over 4 days of a dehumidifier and air movers.
