Request service via phone. Person who took order was very pleasant. Suggest she does include details in her notes. On day of service, two men arrived and were in the house for less than an hour. There were a few tough spots but general overall cleaning was not what I had expected. They didn't get near floor boards or behind doors. I expected more as this was a referral from a close friend as well.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning for 1000+ feet. Carpet in decent shape. Some spots. No furniture. House was empty.

My 3 year old son flooded our bathroom to create a "water park" at around 8pm one night. We called A-1 immediately (after hearing on the radio) and they we're there within an hour. We cleaned up as much as we could and they did the rest. The guys we dealt with over the 3 days they we're here to clean up the water, check the fans, etc. we're so professional. We had a great experience and would recommend to anyone!

Description of Work: We had 4 bedroom carpets and 2 bathroom tile floors and showers cleaned by A-1 and are extremely pleased. The carpets came out great. I do wish they had used those foam blocks to elevate furniture, but there isn't any effect or damage from not using them. The shower tile wasn't perfect the first time, so they willingly came back and got it right. Super nice guys who wanted us to be happy. I will use them again.
