 + 1 moreAfter hearing many horror stories about remodels, the job was completed without any problems or concerns. If there were any issues they were dealt with in a timely manner and resolved to our satisfaction. Stephanie and Floyd at Zettler Custom Homes were wonderful to work with, and brought a vast amount of knowledge and experience to the project. The workers Zettler Custom Homes had on the project were all professional, easy to work with, and excellent at their jobs. Everyone was on site when expected and if there was to be a delay, we were called and notified. Stephanie kept us informed throughout the project and was a tremendous help in all areas from selecting faucets to paint to carpeting. We are extremely pleased with the final result and would definitely use Zettler Custom Homes for any future projects.
Description of Work: Work done was for a master bedroom expansion to add a sitting room (8' x 12'), master bath expansion (8' x 10'), and a covered porch (8' x 14') off the master bedroom. The sitting room addition included a 6' sliding glass door to open onto the covered porch and a double window. The master bath expansion included a large walk in shower, spa tub, double vanity with a tower between the two sinks and a large single window. The porch had a double gable, lights, and ceiling fan.
