I got a very high estimate and for work that I didn't need done.

Called H2O for a clogged baffle. Bobby, the owner took down my information and had a Tech out to my home within 30 mins. The Tech arrives to my home, snake the outlet line running to the septic. The clogged is cleared. Tech replaced the cap and informs me the fee was $215.00. Tech total time at my location was 10 mins. Prior to Tech coming to my home he informs me the hourly rate was $150.00. I ask the Tech, why the additional $65.00? Tech says, it was for the equipment rental. Huh? Why would the customer be charge for equipment used by the service provider? Not to mention, H20 ADVERTISE NO SERVICE CHARGE EVER. It is bad enough in this enconomy a customer has to pay $150.00 hourly rate for 10 min of work. I am in the wrong profession. Over all, professional and nice gentlmen but way over price.

Bobby and his crew did a great job. It was suppose to be just replacing a water heater but they found a gas leak that could have been a disaster. Had to call Gas company to check it out but Bobby and his staff were able to order extra equipment needed for the job which was shipped overnight and job was completed promptly the next day. Had no hot water only 1 night but I at least had water. Bobby went over all expected and unexpected costs. Very courteous people to work with. I have used their services before and have been pleased with their response time, professionalism and would recommend them.

He was wonderful and the price wasn't much. I thought it was a slab leak, but it turned out to be really inexpensive. I was impressed mostly. He knew that I was expecting it to be a several thousand dollar slab leak and he probably could have taken advantage of me, but he didn't. I was impressed with his response and integrity. He came out there with 3 people. They happened to be all in the area, but he just kind of overwhelmed me, and took care of the problem much better than I had expected. I will absolutely use him again in the future. I invited him to the area and he was terrific.

I would not refer other family members and friends to them. They came right out. I would not use them again. I just felt like they were overpriced and I just did not like the individuals that I was dealing with. They did come out promptly and did a good job. It was covered by insurance, so I felt like they totally inflated the price based on what they knew they could get out of the insurance company. They had to break some concrete instead of taking it with them; they just left it by the side of the house. If I had to do it over again, I would talk to my friends or something, which I did not have an opportunity to do because it was an emergency kind of thing. The insurance company paid for it, but I just felt like they knew that the insurance company would allow up to that amount of money, so they charged it.
