Air Quest Heating & Air

They came out on the 14th of August and thought that they had found the problem. They came back out on the 15th of August to replace the part, but this did not remedy the problem. They came back on the 5th and 9th of September. to try a few other options, but they were still unable to get the air conditioner to work properly. They tried to get me in touch with the correct people from the company the air conditioner came from, so that I could have it fixed under warranty. I wish they were able to fix the unit, but they were very truthful in what they were doing and helped me get in touch with the manufacturer.

Initially he came out to replace one section but another section collapsed since then so he gave me a quote to replace the entire system. He basically did his first trip for free for me. He?s a local guy and I never use anyone but him. I had a problem last year and he was able to fix the switch with a part he had on hand but he only charged me $120 for the part and the service call. He does a lot of work hands on and I would say that he?s reliable. He has always been fair to me and he?s never overcharged me, that?s for sure. He is usually on a project so it often takes a day or so to get out to my place if it isn?t an emergency.
