When you cancel and return the equipment, they charge you for it anyway. I returned everything except one remote control. One year before I cancelled, I brought in the 8 year old DVR I got from City-Net, which bought the equipment before Plant took over. I thought there was a problem with it because some channels wouldn't come in. They charged $749 because it didn't look new enough for them. I paid that. The new DVR didn't work because it turned out to be a problem with the wiring. Since I had paid for the old one and it worked with the repaired wiring, I returned the new one. I made sure they didn't charge rent for the one I paid for. They still charged for the new one when I cancelled even though they should know I didn't have it since there was no rent charge on my account even if they forgot to write it down that I returned it. I am not paying what I don't owe, so they hired a collection agency to get what is not theirs. My credit score is lower because of these crooks.

Description of Work: I went in, picked up an extra box for a TV. Hooked up the box, but TV wasn't receiving signal. They came out and fixed everything... no charge.

Install and line burial crews arrived within scheduled windows. Install crew was professional and had us up and online within 20 minutes. Burial crew left virtually no evidence they were here after they put line underground.
