+ -1 moreSpence is unresponsive and irresponsible. We had to call them repeatedly to schedule a visit. When he came to give us a quote, he recommended service that did not meet code requirements. Then when we were finally able to schedule service after about a month of unreturned calls, he didn't even show up to perform the service. Didn't even bother to tell us that he wasn't going to show up. I'm glad he didn't though, so that we didn't have shoddy, sub-standard work performed.
Description of Work: Took one month to schedule service. Recommended work that violated code. Then did not show up to perform work.
