Overall this was a bad experience. The sheetrock crew damaged property and equipment during the course of their project and did not remove their construction debris. They damaged the garage door opener and disconnected the interior garage wiring. When I deducted for the damages Jose Romero said it was not fair to him because he had to pay his workers. I will not hire this crew again for sheetrock work.
Description of Work: Removed damaged sheetrock and replaced with new sheetrock. Taped and mudded. Cost is for labor only. I purchased and supplied materials.

Overall the painting went well. The crew arerived later than expected each of the three mornings but did work hard and finished the job on day three as promised.
Description of Work: This review covers only my house painting experience. Jose Romero and his crew of painters did good work. They painted the exterior of my house to include siding, fascia, soffits, window frames and shutters. They pressure washed the house, caulked where necessary, made repaires to fascia and siffits, primed repaired areas and applied two coats of exterior paint to the house.
