RE-INK EXPRESS

I had a relatively new Canon printer that needed ink. The owner worked with me over several weeks to research the type of ink that my computer needed and then experimented with a couple of my cartridges at no cost to make sure that she could successfully fill them and had me test them out. We ran into a few glitches, but she continued to research and work through the problem until we were able to achieve a successful refill that worked. Now thanks to the owner, I am now able to purchase the correct ink from her and refill my own cartridges using the right tools. The owner goes above and beyond the norm to help people save money by re-filling their printer cartridges, as having to keep purchasing new cartridges from the company that makes the printer is VERY expensive. She can do the refilling herself at the store, but in my particular case, I was able to learn how to do it myself, which is even better, as I don't have to drop off empty cartridges and come back later.
