Last year we'd had met Renee while at Lowe's & she'd given us her card, which I felt strongly I should hang on to. Recently our years-old composite deck off the second floor of our home was starting to sag & seemed very dangerous. I contacted Renee & the next day she & Sam came to view & evaluate the situation to see if it could be fixed. Sam immediately knew exactly what was needed & took us through what could be done & what materials would be needed. The following week, Renee contacted me with the proposal, which was reasonable & the foreman & assistant came a few days later at the time we'd been given, with all tools & materials needed for the job. They worked steadily & efficiently, and when done, cleaned up the site & took away all trash. The deck has new supports, with extended screws & bolts securing things, which had not been done by the original builders. We are very satisfied with the job done & quality of the work.

I used R Contracting Services to finish out a portion of our basement and construct a Granite desk for my office. Renee, Sam, and his team did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship of the project.

I learned a very hard lesson working with this company. Never work with a contractor who is unwilling to pull permits. I hired R Contracting services based on the recommendation of a neighbor whom they did renovations for in the past. My project was to build a roof over my patio. When signing the contract, Renee was unwilling to pull a permit for the contract for the project, even though the roof was an addition to the house. I secured a permit under my name and thank God I did. The framing failed inspection due to no rafter straps, posts not being properly bolted and a post being cut differently than the other two without being properly secured. After they corrected those issues, they attempted to use water-damaged molded wood for the ceiling of the roof. When I told them it was unacceptable, their initial response was that they would “clean it” and put mold-resistant primer on the wood. I held firm because my son has Asthma. They eventually replaced the wood on the ceiling. The final straw was when they were finishing up and I had to notify them that a moved downspout was pointed towards a window. A two-week quoted project, ended up taking four. They were more concerned about getting paid than doing quality work or doing the project right the first time. -I would not recommend them to anyone.

Miss Renee and her crew made my outdated kitchen come to life. I explained exactly what I wanted and they made it happen. I appreciate that I was involved in every single step from beginning during and end of the project. They made the process headache free there was no question asked because everything was extremely detailed from corner to corner. The crew was very professional and friendly I highly recommend Renee construction for any home needs I will definitely be calling them back for my future projects.

I needed and wanted to convert my screen porch to a sunroom for a long time, but also wanted a deck. While I thought I would not be able to afford it, I took the plunge and had consultations with several general contractors, and some "friends of friends" who do this work as a side job. Renee at R Contracting Services was on time, very professional and personal. Her quote was very competitive, I felt like I could trust this team. They did the sunroom first, then added on a perfect deck. A few months ago I had them come out and paint the interior of the house to connect the sunroom colors to the rest of the house. A few months later, I called them back to paint the exterior of my home. They were always on time, went above and beyond for each project, and my husband and I are thrilled with the outcome. I have recommended them to several of my friends, and I highly recommend this company!
