"This company does not perform the services that they tell you they are going to do. They were supposed to perform hepa vacuuming of the whole house, not done. they were supposed to wipe down all visible surface mold, not done. They installed our dehumidifier in a different location than we had agreed on. I use the word "installed" very loosely. The $1300.00 installation consisted of 4 small ratchet straps that are hanging from 4 eye-screws mounted into the floor joist in the basement. The unit is supplied power by daisy chaining multiple small extension cords, which were then just left loosely hanging from the ceiling. They also performed their post treatment mold/air quality test while the still had the air scrubbers running on all three levels of the house. Basically testing the cleaned air coming out of the machines instead of the actual air in the house. When we questioned the company on these items and even more, we were just given the run around. They have not even finished their job, will not reply to our emails and will not answer their phones. Their 100% guarantee is worthless. The level of service we received makes me question whether they in fact killed any mold. We are hiring another independent testing company to answer that question."
